For users of our 96mm Zero-Point Positioning System who are looking to integrate the 52mm standard, we recommend our Adapter Plate. This design allows for a smooth transition between standards without the need for recalibration.

 

1. Through the adapter plate, the bolt distance can be converted from 96mm to 52mm, allowing users to match the fixture more flexibly while maintaining centering accuracy.

2. System Scalability: If the machine tool bed is large enough, it is recommended to use the 96mm Quick Change Device as a basis to ensure the future versatility and scalability of the system.

3. High Compatibility: Compatible with various types of vises, including ASC-S, ASC-M, and ASC-K Vices.
