For users of our 96mm Zero-Point Positioning System who are looking to integrate the 52mm standard, we recommend our Adapter Plate. This design allows for a smooth transition between standards without the need for recalibration.

 
  • Through the adapter plate, the bolt distance can be converted from 96mm to 52mm, which allows users to match the fixture more flexibly while maintaining centering accuracy.
  • If the machine tool bed is large enough, it is recommended to use the 96mm Quick Change Device as a basis to ensure the future versatility and scalability of the system.
  • Compatible with various types of vises: ASC-S Vices / ASC-M Vices / ASC-K Vices
