Developed for modern CNC machining, this Compact Multi-Power Vise is designed to solve the dual challenges of restricted machining space and high-strength clamping requirements. Through the patented multi-power structure, it delivers maximum stability within the smallest vise body length.

  • 1. Compact design with a big jaw opening enhances machine space utilization. It is suitable not only for various horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers but also for small-scale tapping centers.
  • 2. Vise jaws are made of high-quality Tool Steel (SCM440) and hardened to HRC50, ensuring the vise can clamp any workpiece firmly.
  • 3.The vise body is constructed from FCD 60 Ductile Iron. The slideways are high-frequency heat-treated to HRC50 to ensure high tensile strength, precision, and durability against deformation.
  • 4. The patented Multi-Power System, made of high-grade bearing steel, generates a doubled clamping force that remains consistent and persistent over time.
  • 5. Special leadscrew covers protect the leadscrew from chips and swarf, preventing potential damage to internal precision parts.
